Matsu La JefaLa Jefa is deep straw and gold in color. The aromatics are complex with ripe stone fruits, wild honey, seasoned wood, a touch of tropical fruit and vanilla pod. It is complemented with slight aniseed nuances, to reflect a nose harmonized by its aging in casks. It is a mouth filling, silky wine, with great creaminess, good acidity, perfect balance and elegance. The finish is long and complex with great length. This is a special wine!
